• Location: Can be found in Coruscant Undercity, Rooftops. Head back to the very start of the level where you get shot at by two Stormtroopers who were talking about the Senator. There is a chest you can find here right next to where the Force Tear is.
• Ability/Upgrade Requirement: Force Lift & Slam Ability
• Challenge: Defeat 2 Rancors

There is only 1 Force Tear location in Shattered Moon:

Fractured Endurance

• Location: Can be found in the Abandoned Foundry, Automated Forge. Make your way to the location in the image above until you reach the end of the hallway. You’ll find the Force Tear at the end of the hall. This will put you in a fight against a lot of droids.
• Ability/Upgrade Requirement: None
• Challenge: Defeat 150 B1 Battle Droids

There are a total of 9 Force Tear locations in Koboh:

Fractured Agility

• Location: Can be found in Dredger Gorge, Derelict Dam. Head to the location in the image above and you’ll see the Force Tear right out in the open.
• Ability/Upgrade Requirement: Upgraded Ascension Cable
• Challenge: Use your platforming skills to reach the goal

Fractured Burden

• Location: Can be found in the Dredger Gorge, Gorge Crash Site. Go to the Meditation Point in the area and take the elevator above but hop off before is starts moving. Then use Force Slam to open the hatch and jump down. You’ll find the Force Tear just beneath where you’ll be placed into a fight against three big monsters.
• Ability/Upgrade Requirement: Force Lift & Slam Ability
• Challenge: Defeat all enemies

Fractured Delusion

• Location: Can be found in Rambler’s Reach, Hunter’s Quarry. This requires that you defeat Soont Madas first before it will even appear. To do this, head to the house at the end of the ally which has eyes sticking out. Use Force Pull on the side of the door and tell BD-1 to interact with it. Slice the door open and talk to Soont Madas inside. Fight and defeat him then head back outside and take a left turn. Grapple up the walls with vines on them and follow the trail until you reach flying robots you can jump over. Use them to get to the horizontal wall on the right you can run on. The Force Tear is inside the small room overlooking the entire quarry.
• Ability/Upgrade Requirement: Defeat the Soont Madas boss first
• Challenge: Defeat all enemies

Fractured Duality

• Location: Can be found in Rambler’s Reach, Rambler’s Reach Outpost. Near the Mantis, there is a building with vines you can climb to the top. The Force Tear is just up above.
• Ability/Upgrade Requirement: None
• Challenge: Defeat all enemies using the Double-Bladed Stance

Fractured History

• Location: Can be found in Rambler’s Reach, Rambler’s Reach Outpost. Go inside the house where Doma has his shop setup. There is a frog like creature to the right. Scan it and Cal will sense a foul presence and a Force Tear will appear directly to your right.
• Ability/Upgrade Requirement: Defeat the Spawn of Oggdo
• Challenge: Defeat the horrors of Bogano (Oggdo Bogdo and Spawn of Oggdo)

Fractured Momentum

• Location: Can be found in the Rambler’s Reach, Smuggler’s Tunnels. Go to the Meditation Point in the area and then head down to the tunnels. Keep following the path until you reach an intersection, then head left. There will be a green shield you’ll need the charm to go through. Once you’re through, platform to the other green shield on the other side. The Force Tear is inside the small room.
• Ability/Upgrade Requirement: Merrin’s Magick Charm
• Challenge: Use your platforming skills while navigating wires with BD-1’s help.

Fractured Power

• Location: Can be found in Prospector’s Folly, Marl Cavern. Go to the Meditation Point in the area and go up the path with vines you can climb. Head inside and keep going up and then the building across. You’ll have to use BD-1 to shoot the power to move around walls you can run over. Continue on the pathway until you reach a section where you have to use a balloon to jump over to the other side where you’ll see a Force Tear.
• Ability/Upgrade Requirement: BD-1 Electro Dart, Upgraded Ascension Cable
• Challenge: Defeat all enemies using the Crossguard Stance

Fractured Punishment

• Location: Can be found in the Stone Spires, Devastated Settlement. Go to the Meditation Point in the area then grab one of the flying mounts you can use to reach the area above. Have it drop you off on an area with a box structure with circles on the sides. The Force Tear is inside.
• Ability/Upgrade Requirement: Relter Gliding
• Challenge: Defeat all Enemies

Fractured Resolve

• Location: Can be found in Rambler’s Reach, Swindler’s Wash. Go to the Meditation Point in the area and drop down the broken bridge nearby. Continue down the path until you reach the small waterfall. There is a cave inside you can go in that has the Force Tear.
• Ability/Upgrade Requirement: none
• Challenge: Use your platforming skills to reach the goal

There are a total of 4 Force Tear locations in Jedha:

Fractured Cunning

• Location: Can be found in Pilgrim’s Path, Timeworn Bridge. Go to the location on the image above and make your way near the edge of the cliff. Look back and you’ll see a metal door where you can use Force Pull to remove. Enter the room, climb up to the upper level, and wall run to the other side. From there you should jump to the upper level and follow the path where you’ll reach a small hole in the hill that Cal can squeeze into. You’ll reach the Force Tear once you see the green barrier.
• Ability/Upgrade Requirement: Merrin’s Magick Charm
• Challenge: Defeat all Enemies using the Blaster Stance

Fractured Determination

• Location: Can be found in Narkis Desert, Desert Ridge. Go to the spot with the green laser barrier located in the photo above. You’ll need to use the Green Laser Barrier Charm to go through. The Force Tear is just right beyond. This one won’t have any combat but will test your platforming skills.
• Ability/Upgrade Requirement: Merrin’s Magick Charm
• Challenge: Use your platforming skills to reach the goal

Fractured Dexterity

• Location: Can be found in Pilgrim’s Path, Blustery Mesa. Go to the spot in the picture above where you’ll find a narrow pathway in the edge of the cliff. Follow the pathway and turn around to enter an opening, but turn right just before exiting the other side. The Force Tear is beyond the green laser shield.
• Ability/Upgrade Requirement: Merrin’s Magick Charm
• Challenge: Defeat all Enemies using the Twin-Bladed Stance

Fractured Tradition

• Location: Can be found in the Ancient Ruins, Monastery Walls. Head to the location above and make your way on top of the wall ruins. You’ll see the Force Tear near the edge next to a chest.
• Ability/Upgrade Requirement: Dash Ability
• Challenge: Defeat all Enemies (Bedlam Raiders, Droids, Purge Troopers)
