How to Romance Cecilia
You can romance Cecilia by raising her Heart level, which is done by frequently talking to her, giving her gifts she likes, and triggering her Heart Events. Once you get her Heart Level high enough, Cecilia will agree to marry you at the end of Chapter 1, which completes your romance with her.
To complete your romance with Cecilia, you have to have at least 8 Hearts with her for her to accept your proposal, but you don’t need to witness all 5 of her Heart Events. On Day 10 of Spring, you’ll receive a Blue Feather which you can use to propose to her. The more hearts you’ve earned with Cecilia, the higher the chances she’ll accept your proposal. You can make an absolute guarantee that she’ll accept your proposal at 10 Hearts.
It’s possible to check how much Cecilia likes you either by checking the Resident Info menu or reading her diary, which you can find upstairs in Vesta’s House on the desk near her bed. You have until the end of Year One to earn at least 8 Hearts with Cecilia before you’re forced to marry someone. If your Heart Level isn’t high enough by the end of Chapter 1, you can’t marry Cecilia.
Cecilia Schedule
Cecilia wakes up at 6 AM and will stay in her room until 6:30 AM when she goes to work at Vesta’s Farm. At around 2:30 PM, she’ll work in the field until 5 PM, when she’ll go back to Vesta’s Farm.
She’ll stay at Vesta’s Farm until she goes back to her room at 8 PM. Cecilia will take about an hour before falling asleep at 9 PM. The only time her schedule is disrupted is during the rain, when Cecilia usually never leaves the farm.
Cecilia Heart Events
You have until Day 10 of Winter to see all of Cecilia’s Heart Events. These optional events can be triggered under the right conditions, which will help you get closer to Molly.
Here are Cecilia’s Heart Events from what time they’ll start to where they trigger:
Heart Event 1
- Time: Between 6 AM to 3 PM
- Location: Vesta’s house on a sunny day
- Requirements: 2 Heart Levels
Cecilia greets you as you enter Vesta’s house and the both of you have a small conversation.
Heart Event 2
- Time: 8 AM to 7 PM
- Location: Outside your farmhouse on a sunny day
- Requirements: 4 Heart Levels
Cecilia greets you as you exit your home and you both walk towards the spring. Pick to say “Stay Still” and then “Absolutely” to earn some affection with her.
Heart Event 3
- Time: 8 AM to 7 PM
- Location: Vesta’s house on a sunny day
- Requirements: 6 Heart Levels
Cecilia will invite you to come to the springs with her. Pick “I’d love to” as your option and then ask her if something is on her mind. Cecilia will tell you about an arranged marriage from Vesta and you should pick “You won’t know until you try.”
Heart Event 4
- Time: 6 AM to 7 AM
- Location: Vesta’s House
- Requirements: 8 Heart Levels
After exiting Vesta’s House, Cecilia will ask you how your farm is doing. Pick the “I don’t mind it! It’s kinda fun” to get closer to her.
Heart Event 5
- Time: 5 AM to 7 AM
- Location: Outside your farmhouse on a sunny day
- Requirements: 9 Heart Levels
Cecilia shows up at your house and you show her around. Just pick the “I’m glad you’re looking forward to this!” She’ll give you a tomato before leaving.
