Blessed Tools, also known as Goddess Tools, are the most powerful tools that can be obtained in Story of Seasons: A Wonderful Life. These are special tools that cannot be purchased from any shop, but rather can be obtained from certain villagers in the valley. Read ahead as we talk about the steps on how to obtain these Blessed Tools in Story of Seasons: A Wonderful Life.
How to get Blessed Tools
In order to get Blessed Tools, you will first have to fulfill these conditions:
- Obtain the Gold Tier tool/s
- Reach Year 4
- Reach at least 90% (red bar) friendship level with the tool owners
- Complete the tool owner’s special request

There are six villagers in the valley that hold the Goddess variant of each type of the main tools in the game:
- Romana – Watering Can
- Vesta – Hoe
- Pui – Sickle
- Tei – Milker
- Kate – Clippers
- Gary – Fishing Rod
As you progress through the game, it’s important to start working on building your relationships with these villagers so that you can get the Goddess Tools as early as possible. Once you have reached a high enough friendship level with them, you will start seeing their special request at the town’s bulletin board. These villagers will then reward you with the Goddess Tool that they hold once you complete their requests.
How to get the Blessed Watering Can
The Blessed Watering Can can be obtained by completing Romana’s A Rare Watering Can request. In this request, you will need to give Romana a Melosweet Ice Cream.
To create a Melosweet Ice Cream, you will need to cook together a Melosweet, Brown Milk, and Star Milk.
Melosweet can be obtained by crossbreeding Watermelon and Sweet Potato from Vinnie, and planting it within Spring or Summer.
The Blessed Watering Can can be charged to water a 9×9 area of farming land, and it can hold enough water to cover 360 squares.
How to get the Blessed Hoe
The Blessed Hoe can be obtained by completing Vesta’s Sturdy Hoe request. In this request, you will need to give Vesta any Rare Crop.
To get a Rare Crop, you will need to crossbreed any two different compatible hybrid crops using Vinnie. As the name suggests, these crops are rare, and even though the two hybrids are compatible, there is still a chance that the crossbreeding will fail. Before crossbreeding, create a save file first so that you can just simply reload until you get the resulting rare crop.
One of the hybrids that you can try is the Melosweet from earlier and mix it with a Berrymelo (Melon+Strawberry). The result should be the Rare Species #16 which looks like a red onion bulb. Check out our Hybrid Crops guide for more combinations.
The Blessed Hoe can be charged to till a 6×9 area of farming land.
How to get the Blessed Sickle
The Blessed Sickle can be obtained by completing Pui’s Shiny Tool, For You! request. This request will appear once you have given Pui a total of 2,000G whenever he is out and sitting. In this quest, you will have to give Pui any Golden item that you get from the Dig Site.
The Blessed Sickle can be charged to cut a 9×9 area. The sickle will only cut plants that are ready to be harvested if used on the farming plot.
How to get the Blessed Milker
The Blessed Milker can be obtained by completing Tei’s A Milker Gift request. In this request, you will need to give Tei a Cow Milk Butter S★.
To get the Cow Milk Butter S★, you will need to get a Cow Milk S★ and have it processed in the Milk Processing Room. The milk can be obtained from any type of cow that has a very high affection level.
The Blessed Milker, when charged, has a very wide range, wide enough that you can milk every milk-producing animal by using it in the middle of the barn.
How to get the Blessed Clippers
The Blessed Clippers can be obtained by completing Kate’s Strawberry Shortcake request. In this request, you will need to give Kate a Strawberry Shortcake.
To make a Strawberry Shortcake, you will need to cook Milk, and Egg, and a Strawberry together.
The Blessed Clippers can be used on sheep to double the amount of wool that can be obtained.
How to get the Blessed Fishing Rod
The Blessed Fishing Rod can be obtained by completing Gary’s Any Huge Fish request. In this request, you need to give Gary any kind of Huge Fish.
The Blessed Fishing Rod allows you to catch larger fishes with ease, and it also allows you to get three special items that are each tied to a specific Wonder:
- Golden Axe – True of Heart Wonder
- Blade of Legend – The Chosen One Wonder
- Message in a Bottle – I’ll Never Tell Wonder
