A new sighting has revealed that the famous and adorable PlayStation console exclusive Stray is finally going to the green side of the console world, Xbox.
According to the official website of the Entertainment Software Rating Board (ESRB), the game Stray, currently available on PS4, PS5, and PC, now has a new entry. The entry revealed that it will now be available on Xbox One and Xbox Series X/S. It does not say when though.
The entry was spotted by Twitter user @MACOS380. The new entry has been rated as E for Everyone 10+ with ESRB noting the game features animated blood and fantasy violence. The summary explains, “Players sometimes encounter parasitic blobs/mice-like bots that can attack and kill the cat. Players can access a UV light to defeat the mice-like bots, causing them to explode and emit splashes of colored liquid.”
No other details were shared from this new ESRB rating post. It is possible that the PlayStation console exclusivity has now expired. This now allows the studio to introduce this game to other platforms so that other players will enjoy the game, which was highly rated when it launched. Sirus Gaming rated it a high 9 stating, “It’s a game for cat lovers, it’s a game for cyberpunk lovers. It’s a game for people who never stopped dreaming of getting out of a place they feel trapped in.”
