Game publisher Bandai Namco Entertainment posted on its official social media account about the details of the bugs plaguing recently launched video game Sword Art Online Alicization Lycoris.
Several players who own the game have reported a lot of bugs and issues when it first launched. Many complained that the game has a lot of frame rate issues, some encountered texture problems, and others had problems with multiplayer.
After many complaints, the game company shared a statement from Executive Director Yosuke Futami explaining that they are on the case and going over the files that will have the fixes for such issues.
The game is now available on PC, PlayStation 4 and Xbox One.
