Sabotage the Lockdown is an MK-challenge part of Program 1 in The Outlast Trials. In this trial, players will have to circumvent the lockdown and escape the police station. Read ahead as we go through the tasks in order to complete the Sabotage the Lockdown trial in The Outlast Trials.
Sabotage the Lockdown Main Objective: If you can open doors, no prison can hold you. Power the generator to enable your escape.
The Outlast Trials: Sabotage the Lockdown Walkthrough
This entire trial revolves around your escape from the trial area, but as the objectives hinted, you will have to power the generator first in order for you to get to the exit.
Reach the Exit
You’ll arrive at the checkpoint of the police station. Just ahead of you is a casino and beside it is a staircase leading down into the basement level. Before going down, you will have to pick up the gallon of fuel nearby as you will need this to power up the generator.
Luckily, there is also a map that you can study and take note that shows where you are, where the generator room is, and what turns you can take while navigating underground.
Since you will be bringing the gallon of fuel with you, your speed will be impeded, so you will have to be strategic in going through the rooms and corridors to avoid or shake off any enemy that you encounter. Also, you will have to drop the gallon first before you can hide in any hiding spots, so take note of this when you are being chased.
The first area that you will be going into is the garage (blue), through the back corridors of the gymnasium, into the firing range, then to the generator.
Once you are at the generator, you will have to fill it up with fuel, then push the switches in the right order on both sides, then crank the generator to start it up. The shutters nearby should have opened up now, allowing you to get outside and reach the shuttle.
Exit the Trial
The walk from the hole you came out of to the shuttle is not that far, but there will be enemies guarding the area and some may have possibly followed you from the basement. You will have to make a mad dash to the button to call the shuttle, then try to outrun and outmaneuver the enemies until the shuttle comes for your extraction.

Sabotage the Lockdown Poster Locations
There are three posters to be found within the Sabotage the Lockdown trial.
- Poster #1 – This poster can be found one the wall beside the staircase leading from the streets to the underground.
- Poster #2 – This poster can be found on the right wall just as you’re about to enter Sector B, in front of a line of mannequins.
- Poster #3 – This poster can be found behind the shower room, in the corridor that leads to the gymnasium.
