Is the Season Pass Worth It?
The Street Fighter 6 Character Pass that comes with the Deluxe Edition may be worth it, but the Ultimate Pass is clearly lackluster for its asking price. For $20 more, you’ll get everything the Deluxe Edition offers and a few character costumes with additional stages and bonus currency. That doesn’t sound very worth it.
To get the Character Pass, you need to pay $84.99 USD for the Deluxe Edition. However if you want additional content, you can get the Ultimate Edition for $104.99 USD. More than a hundred dollars is already a pretty high asking price. But $20 dollars more for a few costumes and alt outfits is pretty expensive.
If you want your money’s worth, the Street Fighter 6 Deluxe Edition is more affordable and reasonable. It gives you Year 1 Character Pass so you’re guaranteed to get Rashid, A.K.I, Ed, and Akuma. There’s just no reason for the Ultimate Pass to be any enticing since it only offers alternate costumes and a few stages.
