Where Winds Meet is getting NVIDIA DLSS 5 support in late November 2026, making the open-world Wuxia action RPG one of the first three games worldwide to feature NVIDIA’s next-generation rendering technology.
NetEase Games announced the upcoming integration on October 13, confirming that Where Winds Meet will support DLSS 5 with 3D-Guided Neural Rendering on compatible GeForce RTX systems.
The announcement was accompanied by a new showcase video demonstrating the technology in the game.
NVIDIA DLSS 5 Coming to Where Winds Meet
According to NetEase Games, DLSS 5 will bring enhanced visual fidelity and immersion to Where Winds Meet through NVIDIA’s 3D-Guided Neural Rendering technology.
The developer says the integration is intended to improve the game’s cinematic presentation, particularly its detailed characters, environments, and landscapes.
“Bringing the world of Where Winds Meet to life for players in the Jianghu has always been about immersion,” the development team said.
“Working with NVIDIA to bring DLSS 5 to the game lets us push that vision further, satisfying massive community demand to support the tech.”
While the announcement highlights the technology’s visual improvements, NetEase has not yet provided detailed performance benchmarks or specific hardware requirements for DLSS 5 in Where Winds Meet.
RTX Spark Laptop Support Arrives October 16
Alongside the DLSS 5 announcement, NetEase confirmed that Where Winds Meet will become playable on RTX Spark laptops beginning October 16, 2026.
This support will arrive ahead of the game’s planned DLSS 5 integration in late November.
Where Winds Meet is an open-world, narrative-driven Wuxia adventure featuring martial arts combat, exploration, and RPG progression.
NetEase Games says the title has reached more than 100 million players globally, highlighting its growing audience ahead of the upcoming graphical update.
With NVIDIA DLSS 5 support on the way, Where Winds Meet is positioning itself among the earliest games to adopt the new rendering technology.
