Will Diablo 4 Server Slam beta progress carry over to the full game?

The Diablo 4 Server Slam Beta is currently ongoing, and players are wondering if their time spent in it will carry over to the full game once it releases. Since you’ll be working hard to get your equipment and level up your character, wanting to carry these over to the main game after the beta ends is understandable. Find out what gets carried over from the Server Slam beta progress into the Diablo 4 full game.

Will Diablo 4 Server Slam beta progress carry over to the full game?

Your Diablo 4 beta and Server Slam progress will not carry over to the full game. This means that you lose all your character levels, story progression, and earned loot. While it’s back to square one for most parts, you do get to earn a few things from the beta, which carry over to the full game.

Any character you’ve made during the beta and Diablo 4 Server Slam will be gone, and you’ll have to start over again from the beginning. This means creating a new character and going through the prologue all over again. You won’t have to backtrack your progress too far, as the Diablo 4 Server Slam beta doesn’t let you play too far ahead.

The purpose of the Diablo 4 beta and Server Slam is for Blizzard to conduct tests and gain player feedback regarding certain aspects of the game ahead of its release. So a lot of the content from the beta might change once Diablo 4 finally launches on June 6, 2023. Still, it gave players the chance to get up to Level 25 and play through both the Prologue and Chapter 1.

What gets carried over from the Diablo 4 beta?

    Wolf Pup Cosmetic

Certain  rewards you earn from the Diablo 4 beta will carry over to your account once the full game is released. The following titles and items can be brought over, provided you accomplished certain feats during the beta and Server Slam:

    • Wolf Pup Cosmetic: Get to Level 20 in the beta.
    • Initial Casualty Title: Reach Kyovashad in the beta.
    • Cry of the Ashava Mount Trophy: Defeat Ashava the Pestilent in Server Slam.
    • Early Voyager Title: Get to Level 20 in the beta.

The rewards you earn in the Diablo 4 beta and Server Slam really provide no real advantage. They’re purely cosmetic, which shows other players that you took part in the beta test of the game.

This explains everything about your Diablo 4 beta progress being carried over to the full game. If you’re looking for more answers, check out our other Diablo 4 guides.
