World War Z Aftermath Gets Free PS5 and Xbox Series X/S Upgrade

Saber Interactive has recently announced the World War Z Aftermath free next-gen upgrade.

The co-op zombie shooter inspired by Paramount Picture’s film with the same name will finally launch on PS5 and Xbox Series X/S on January 24, 2023. Owners of the PS4 and Xbox One versions who are planning to play this game on their next-gen console, they can get a free upgrade. It will include 4K resolution, 60 FPS, and more.

When the next-gen version launches, it will also come with the new supersized Horde Mode XL. It will be available in Aftermath exclusively on PS5, Xbox Series X/S, and PC. This will follow the same rules as the game’s standard Horde Mode with a twist: there will be a random special XL wave that will have over 1,000 hungry zombies.

The free update will be available on World War Z Aftermath and World War Z on PS4, PS5, Xbox One, PC, and Xbox Series X/S. It will introduce mutators into the standard Horde Mode Z game mode. It includes new weapons and an improved weapon progression system.

World War Z Aftermath is now available on PC, PS4, PS5, Xbox One, and Xbox Series X/S
