The Mogawak Shrine is among the various shrines that can be found on the Hyrule Surface in The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom. This shrine is all about a puzzle called “The Power of Water” where Link has to rely on water to generate power to make things move.

Read ahead as we go through the steps in order to solve The Power of Water puzzle of the Mogawak Shrine in Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom.

Mogawak Shrine Location in Tears of the Kingdom

The Mogawak Shrine in Tears of the Kingdom is located in Zora’s Domain in Lanayru Great Spring, Hyrule Surface, with coordinates 3300, 0424, 0126. The nearest tower is the Upland Zorana Skyview Tower.

To solve the Mogawak Shrine, you will need to charge up a battery using water to power up objects in the shrine.

First off, pick up the battery near the lift and place it on the node on the right side of the room. Then, pick up the board floating on the water and attach it on the wheel opposite to the other board to create a water wheel. Give the wheel a tip so that one of the board hit the water to make it start spinning and generating power.

Also, check under the water to find a chest that contains a Magic Scepter.

Once the battery has been charged, move it to the other side of the room and place it on the node.

Using Ultrahand, make the two balls underwater get close to one another to make the electricity flow and open the gate. Make sure not to swim over to the balls to avoid getting shocked. The chest behind the gate contains an Opal.

Lastly, carry the battery near the lift. Ride on the lift first before placing the battery on the node. The lift should then go up to the statues where you can get your Light of Blessing and complete the shrine.

That’s how to solve The Power of Water puzzle in the Mogawak Shrine; you’re now one step closer to completing all 152 shrines in Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom. You can also go to our other shrine guides to collect more Light of Blessing.
