Exciting news for all you Pokemon Go fans out there. News on various games sites state that Niantic is set to include 100 new Pokemon in a future Pokemon Go update, featuring Pokemon from Generation 2’s Jhoto region. Pokemon Silver and Pokemon Gold players should be familiar with the region, as it is where players first came upon Hu-ho and Lugia, a mysterious Pokemon first seen in the first Pokemon episode. It isn’t confirmed yet when the update would be releasing, but this gives Pokemon Go players a chance to delve back into the once highest grossing mobile game. Other new additions in the game would include daily quests and a brand new move for Ditto-Transform. Despite adding a tracking system and having a new trading feature in the works, Niantic is still yet to include a means to trade and battle with other fellow players.
