Game publisher Microsoft and developer Mojang recently announced that Minecraft Bedrock Version is coming to the Sony console.
Minecraft Bedrock Version launches on PS4
The Bedrock version of the game will launch on PlayStation 4 this coming Dec. 10. It will be its unified version that offers the same experience across all consoles. It will even have crosplay between Xbox One, Nintendo Switch, Windows 10, and mobile.
Bedrock version will have access to the Marketplace. This allows players to purchase worlds, skins, mini-games, and mash-up packs.
Players who already have the game on PS4 do not need to purchase the game again. There will be new content arriving via free update on Dec. 10 at 8 AM PT. There will be a physical edition that includes the Bedrock content.
