Game developer Sucker Punch recently announced that the upcoming online multiplayer mode Ghost of Tsushima: Legends will not be the same as other multiplayer games since they do not have this feature.
Sucker Punch revealed to gaming publication IGN via a PlayStation representative that the upcoming online multiplayer mode will not have any microtransactiosn at all. “There are no microtransactions in Ghost of Tsushima: Legends, and we have absolutely no plans to add them. All of the content is unlocked through play.”
Fans will be glad that the upcoming online multiplayer mode will not have this kind of feature since they do not like it. Many gamers have shared their disdain for this practice because for them it changes how games are meant to be played, in a bad way. They would rather have content that can be unlocked by certain conditions, just like the old days.
Ghost of Tsushima: Legends is a free online co-op mode that will be available for base game owners this coming Fall 2020 on PlayStation 4.
