You need environmental awareness to defeat the Stygia second Hell Boss because of her constant barrage of projectiles. This boss will occasionally summon goons mid fight to pester you after damaging her enough. Her projectiles will become faster and more aggressive as the fight progresses.

Thankfully throughout the fight, the circular gladiator arena you fight in has pillars you can hide behind in. Though you likely won’t need them if you can keep moving in circles around the boss. And with the new weapon you picked up in Stygia, you’ll have enough on your arsenal to put this boss down for good.

The most important aspect to utilize if your side dash. The Judge’s Aspect boss will summon fireballs your way that pause in the air for a second before zoning in on you. You’ll also have to dodge out of the way from certain sections of the hell boss arena because they’ll turn blue before eventually being electrified taking a good portion of your health.

The best weapons to use are the ones you discover in this level. The Hounds are dual revolvers that are just the thing we need to drain this boss’ health at a distance. Just remember to shoot on the beat and time your shots right to the heavy metal in the background.

There is a Fury boost one of the platforms away from the main arena that you can pick up but we recommend saving it for later during the final half of the fight with the Stygia Hell Boss in Metal Hellsinger when the Judge’s Aspect really starts to become aggressive.

The Stygia Hell Boss in Metal Hellsinger has many projectile attacks she uses on you. Your options are to jump or dash out of the way.

  • Ground Lightning: Boss summons electricity surging from the ground. It won’t immediately damage you, but once you notice blue light from the floor, dash or jump immediately out of the way.
  • Flame Beam: The Boss stretches its wings and fires a beam of fire straight at you from the ground up. It’s a very telegraphed attack so you can easily dodge it.
  • Fireball Barrage: Boss releases fireballs lined in a row at your direction. You’ll have to jump to avoid them or stay low and dash depending on how high they are.
  • Summon Goons: Once the Judge’s Aspect boss takes enough damage, she summons her minions to distract you while she retreats in the air transparent and untouchable.
  • Goon Rain: The boss stretches her wings and rains down minions to the floor, damaging you.

The most difficult attack to deal with against the Stygia hell boss in Metal Hellsinger is her Fireball Barrage. Sure, it’ll be a walk in the park to dodge at first but once her health drain’s below 70% this attack turns the arena in to bullet hell. You’ll have a hard time dodging out of the way if her minions are still present so be sure to focus on them first.

On harder difficulties, the Judge’s Aspect will summon more competent minions to deal with you. While it can seem like a pain, this can actually be turned to your advantage by utilizing them as multipliers.
