Respawn Entertainment CEO, Vince Zampella, confirmed the recent update about the sequel of their first title, Titanfall. The first-person mechanical shooter sequel, Titanfall 2, is currently in development.
The man behind the robotic action shooter was asked by IGN at the BAFTA Game Awards about the possible sequel for Titanfall and this was his answer:
“I guess EA announced a sequel, so I could play coy and pretend I don’t know anything about it, or… yeah. So we’re working on a sequel. No official name yet, but we’re working on that. That’s the main focus but we’re starting up a second team and doing some smaller stuff too. Small, exploratory, taking it slow! It’ll be multiplatform.” – Vince Zampella
According to Vince that the sequel of Titanfall will be on ‘mutliplatforms’. For this, Titanfall 2 will be released on Xbox One, PC, Xbox 360, and the possibility of a Playstation 3 and Playstation 4 port!
