A rumor has possibly revealed the new NFS game and it is supposedly called Need for Speed Unbound.
The rumors about a new Need for Speed game have been circulating on the internet for a long while now, but this new one seems to be true. It is rumored to be called Need for Speed Unbound and a new trailer might get released soon. Some estimate that it will be within the next two weeks.
The new rumor comes from the reliable industry insider The Snitch and also a report from media outlet Insider Gaming. Just as usual, The Snitch released a rather interesting puzzle to solve, which was a complicated math problem that everyone had to solve before they could get the clue. After solving it, gamers came up with the rather scrambled code VW5ib3VuZA. They had to convert that code and it turns out it was a word called Unbound. Some speculate that a new trailer will be released soon.
According to Tom Henderson, the writer of the article from Insider Gaming, he revealed that despite the constant behind-the-scenes delays of the game reveal, there are sources saying that the announcement is imminent. He estimates that the reveal will be within the next two weeks.
Rumors have said that the reveal will take place sometime in early October 2022. No exact release date has been reported yet. There are also other sources saying that the release date could be on December 2, 2022.
The trailer is said to be around 2-3 minutes only and the soundtrack will feature rapper A$AP Rocky.
One of the unique features that supposedly would make NFS Unbound different than the other Need for Speed games is its unique maps.
Need for Speed Unbound is possibly going to be available on PS5, PC, and Xbox Series X/S.
