Sony Interactive Entertainment has recently released the new PS5 system software update today and it looks good.
Since its launch in 2020, the PS5 has been constantly updated with many minor and a few major system software updates in order to keep it in shape. It also added some new features that could enhance the PS5 experience for its consumers.
Today, a new update has been launched and as always, SIE does not disappoint with its patch notes. Just like previous minor updates, this latest update only has the note that it improves the system performance. SIE is notorious for not detailing any changes or fixes they have done with this latest update and just summarizing them into one sentence.
The latest system update is version 22.02-06.00.01. It was first released on October 5, 2022 and is now available to download on the PS5 console.
