With announcements slowly kicking in for Cosplay Carnival this Sunday at SM City Cebu, a big reveal has been posted over at the event page.
At around 12:00pm yesterday, the organizers, CTU Cosplayers, posted that they will be announcing the host for the Cosplay Carnival. Elizabeth von Kalm, a local cosplayer in Cebu. She’s quite known for her impressive cosplay of Harley Quinn.
