Sony Interactive Entertainment has officially revealed the PS Plus Game Catalog June 2023 but only includes a few titles.
PS Plus Game Catalog June 2023 Lineup
Compared to previous months, surprisingly only eight titles are included in the new PS Plus Game Catalog for the month of June 2023. The new lineup is a mix of genres and most of them are playable on PS4 and PS5. Others are only available on PS4 while a few are only for PS5. Check out the short list below:
- Far Cry 6 (PS4/PS5)
- Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Shredder’s Revenge (PS4/PS5)
- Rogue Legacy 2 (PS4/PS5)
- Inscryption (PS4/PS5)
- Soulstice (PS5)
- Tacoma (PS4)
- Deus Ex: Mankind Divided (PS4)
- Killing Floor 2 (PS4)
Game Trial for WWE2K23 (PS4), will also be available on June 20.
Cloud Streaming Support is Still in Testing
Aside from the new game catalog, SIE has also revealed that the team is currently testing cloud streaming for supported PS5 games. This will include PS5 titles from the PS Plus Game Catalog and Game Trials, as well as supported digital PS5 titles that players own. No word yet when this feature will launch, but when it does, cloud game streaming for supported PS5 titles will be available for use directly on the PS5. Premium members will easily jump into their favorite games without downloading them on the PS5.
Free Wallpapers and Avatars
Since SIE is celebrating PS Plus tiered plans’ first year, it is launching 10 days of activities for the PlayStation community. Players will be getting a voucher code to redeem custom avatars that will commemorate some of the popular titles offered through PS Plus. The voucher code will only be redeemable from June 20 to June 30, 2023. There is also a PS Plus wallpaper illustration for desktop and mobile and can be downloaded here. Download them between June 20 to June 30, 2023.
Free Online Multiplayer Weekend
On the weekend, even though players do not have PS Plus subscription, they will be able to enjoy free online multiplayer. They can join their friends online in multiplayer games without the need to use PS Plus subscription fee.
