Starbreeze Studios recently released a Payday 3 stealth gameplay trailer a few days ago, but it went undiscovered for days.
Payday 3 Stealth Gameplay Trailer Backfires
This new Payday 3 stealth gameplay trailer was sneakily posted by the developers a few days ago on its official website. They thought it was a fun idea to hide it behind an existing trailer on the website and would only be popped into view when the volume slider was turned all the way down or when the site was visited in Incognito mode.
Bizarre Poetry
After five days, the trailer went undiscovered and that worried the studio. It seems their trick has backfired on them and they tried to make it more discoverable to the public this time. They teased this in bizarre poetry.
“You did nothing wrong, but we’ve waited so long. Were we mistaken? Should another path have been taken? ” said a tweet shared over the weekend. “We have shown you violent, now we try to show you silent. Think not like in a riot but try to be quiet. Start at the page, turn down the gage or simply drop the burrito and go…”
Celebrating the Discovery
Earlier today, the studio finally relaxed as someone discovered it. “Some days and hints later, this stealth heist [trailer] was finally discovered” To celebrate, they released the full video on YouTube today.
Payday 3 launches on September 21, 2023 on PC, PS4, and Xbox Series X/S.
