Blasters are an uncommon enemy appearance that’s hard to find in LEGO Fortnite. They’re also hidden in appearance and blend in well with the background, so you’ll have a hard time spotting them. Looking for Blasters is nearly impossible unless you know what they look like and where to find them.
In this guide, I’ll teach you where to find Blasters in LEGO Fortnite, what they look like, and how dangerous they are.
Where to find Blasters in LEGO Fortnite?
Blasters are exclusively found inside Dry Valley Caves. They blend in well with the background by looking like unmoving rocks until you get close, and they’ll run to you. If they’re close enough, they’ll explode after some time.
You’ll be able to identify blasters by their charcoal-black shells. They come across as miniature volcanos on the floor. Unfortunately, Blaster mobs are also an uncommon spawn within the Dry Valley caves, so you’ll have to really look around for them. It’s not as easy as it sounds with these caves being populated by skeletons who chuck dynamite, which is a common enemy spawn.
The enemy spawns aren’t your only problem when looking for Blasters. The Dry Valley caves are hot, and they’re filled with lava to boot. Every second you’re inside will burn you unless you have the right charms and consume the right food to have heat resistance. You also run the risk of getting lost in this massive labyrinth.
Blasters drop Blast Cores upon being defeated, which are incredibly valuable. However, you should be prepared before you take one on because they will explode if they get too close to you.
How to defeat Blaster Mobs in LEGO Fortnite
Use ranged weapons like crossbows to beat Blaster mobs. They will explode when they’re low on health or if they get too close to you, so you need to take them out fast while keeping them at a distance.
Before engaging Blasters, you should clear the area of other enemies. Avoid getting surrounded by dynamite when fighting Blaster mobs. It’s best to be able to focus your attack against them because they can take at least four hits to go down, even with a decent crossbow.
