25 of the Legendary Pokémon have made their way into Paldea through The Indigo Disk expansion of Pokémon Scarlet & Violet. Players can now find and capture these powerful Pokémon from the previous generations and add them through their growing roster. Read ahead as we share the steps on how to find these legendary Pokémon and their respective locations in Pokémon Scarlet & Violet.

How to find the returning legendary Pokémon

To find the returning legendary Pokémon, you must first complete the main story of the game and capture Terapagos. You will then be introduced to Mr. Snacksworth who will give you treats that can lure certain legendary Pokémon.

You can earn treats from Snacksworth for every 10 regular solo Blueberry quests completed, or for every 1 special gold group Blueberry quest completed. The kind of treats that you can get will depend on what version of the game you are playing on, and if whether you completed the quest solo or online.

The legendary Pokémon that you can get depending on the version/mode you are on are the following:

    • Any version, solo or group: Articuno, Zapdos, Moltres, Kubfu
    • Scarlet exclusive, solo or group: Raikou, Entei, Suicune, Ho-oh, Latios, Groudon, Reshiram, Solgaleo, Glastrier
    • Violet exclusive, solo or group: Cobalion, Terrakion, Virizion, Lugia, Latias, Kyogre, Zekrom, Lunala, Spectrier
    • Any version, group only: Rayquaza, Kyurem, Necrozma

Version exclusive legendaries can still be found and obtained via the Union Group mode, provided that at least one of the players within the group is playing the opposite version.
