The Sea of Fog and the Rite of the Trees is the third part of the Through the Mist questline.

Requirements for The Sea of Fog and the Rite of the Trees World Questshiro World Quest

Players will need to have cleared the previous quest, Octave of the Maushiro, which is the second part of the questline. Do take note that each quest in the series will only be unlocked a day after when the previous quest was completed.

Starting The Sea of Fog and the Rite of the Trees World Questshiro World Quest

To start the quest, Travelers will need to talk to Kama who can be found in Ritou. Travelers will then head back to Tsurumi Island and find Ruu who can be found near the perch.

However, Travelers won’t be able to find Ruu and will need to go even deeper into the island and talk to Ipe and Makiri.

It seems that Travelers would need to destroy the perches and their scattered powers this time in order to save Ruu. Be sure to use the elemental sight in order to highlight the powers.

How to Complete The Sea of Fog and the Rite of the Trees World Quest

There will be four perches that need to be destroyed and the first of which is near the place where Ipe and Makiri were. When Travelers reduce the perch’s health to 50%, thunder spheres will spawn and float away.

Travelers will need to destroy those spheres by using Elemental abilities or attacks that have Elemental properties since the spheres are immune to physical and Electro attacks. Some spheres will have protections from Rifthounds and Slimes so be one guard.

The three Perches can be found in Autake Plains, Chirai Shrine, and Shirikiro Peak.

Once all the perches are destroyed, Travelers must then go back to the Ceremonial Site to find an unhappy Ruu. Travelers can then head back to Inazuma and talk to Sumida to finish the third quest of the series.

Rewards for The Sea of Fog and the Rite of the Trees World Questshiro World Quest

Here are the rewards for finishing the third quest:

    • 250 Adventure Experience Points
    • 30,000 Mora
    • 3x Hero’s Wit
    • 40x Primogems
