Italian developer One O One Games and Meta Publishing have announced their latest creation, a psychological thriller titled Aftermath.
Aftermath is set in a fragmented Earth and follows the story of Charlie Gray, a former European astronaut looking for her daughter. She will have to survive many threats that have already invaded the world and hunting them down in the process.
The game will throw players into the narrative driven world beyond the unimaginable. Players will think and wonder what humanity would have done if they have faced a situation like this.
Aftermath will delve deeply into philosophy and psychology and draws experience from the developers’ previous experience from games like The Suicide of Rachel Foster.
The “invaders” in this game are born from the mind of Italian visual arts master Alessandro Bavari, the creator behind works like Ridley Scott’s Alien: Covenant and Suspiria.

Aftermath launches on PS4, PS5, Xbox Series X/S, and PC in 2022.
