The latest Play Magazine revealed that the cat protagonist of upcoming video game Stray has a goal that not anyone might have expected at first.
According to a recent issue of Play Magazine (Issue 9, January 2022), the goal of Stray is not what everyone expects it to be. Actually, it is not an open-world experience at all. Developed by BlueTwelve Studio, the ultimate goal here is to leave the place you got stranded in, which takes a page from the real world location Kowloon Walled City. You must find a way to find the exit to reunite with the cat’s loved ones again.
It also seems it is not the cat that has the goal of leaving the subterranean city. It was revealed that the backpack that the cat finds along the way has a little drone named B-12. It is revealed that it also has a desire to leave the dingy town and helps with the much-needed translation with the locales. As both explore the town, they learn how they ended up there in the first place.
Stray launches Spring 2022 for PS4 and PS5.
