Upcoming PS5 console exclusive Forspoken is rumored to be getting delayed.
Many Square Enix fans have been expecting upcoming video game Forspoken to be released this coming May 2022, but there have been rumors that it might be getting a new release date soon. This comes from a Twitter user named AccountNGT. He has accurately leaked previous information about some games in the past and this time he is now talking about the PS5 console exclusive.
According to his source, AccountNGT claims Forspoken will be delayed and it could be announced at the upcoming PlayStation event, which has been rumored to be revealed soon. No official word yet from Sony Interactive Entertainment, but there has been word that this PS event will happen this month. They claim this could be revealed as a State of Play presentation. It seems the speculated big announcement of moving the release date to a later time might happen there.
There has been no major update from the game since The Game Awards so it is expected to have a big announcement later this month. It got rated by ESRB though and it was discovered it will have microtransactions, but Square Enix did not clarify on that. So we are really in the dark here for now.

Forspoken is planned for release this coming May 24, 2022. It will be released on PS5, and PC.
