AMD Reveals Ryzen 5000 CPUs Coming Next Month

American multinational semiconductor company AMD just announced the new Ryzen 5000 CPUs with Zen 3 architecture.

The new line of CPUs are the Ryzen 9 5950X, Ryzen 9 5900X, Ryzen 7 5800X, and Ryzen 5 5600X. These are all built on the Zen 3 architecture and boasts to be the fastest in the game offering ultimate performance. The company shares that it is the world’s most advanced processor architecture for gamers and content creators.

The AMD Ryzen 5000 Series processors power of the next generation of demanding games. It can handle any multithreaded task like 3D and video rendering, and software compiling. Dr. Lisa Su also revealed that the flagship of the series is the Ryzen 9 5950X. It promises to crush the Cinebench record, but also uses a healthy IPC bump to dominate gaming.

This is all thanks to the Zen 3 architecture, which offers a lot of benefits. It can give higher max boost clocks, and IPC uplift, new 8-core CCX layout, and improved cache topology. The processors also come with Precision Boost 2, Precision Boost Overdrive, and PCIe 4.0.
