To get the Rabbit Toy in Amnesia: The Bunker, head over to the crater where you found Lambert during the game’s prologue, before reaching the bunker. The entrance to the crater can be found in the Roman Tunnels. Once you break through the door and collect the detonator handle, look to your left to see a small, shining hole. Move the pile of rubble and gallon afterwards to gain access to the crater’s entrance.

Crawl through the hole, and you’ll eventually reach the crater. From here, go near the lake and look to your right; then you’ll find the Rabbit Toy on the ground next to Lambert’s dog tag, which was previously shining from afar.

Picking up the Rabbit Toy will earn you the Toy Collector Trophy/Achievement in Amnesia: The Bunker.
