Assassin’s Creed Mirage Best PC Settings for Performance and Graphics

If you’re looking for the best AC Mirage PC Settings for performance and graphics to experience Baghdad’s gorgeous city, there’s more than a few options you can tweak. As always, PC players get the best pick when it comes to graphical settings. Follow along as I show you the optimal and best settings for AC Mirage on PC that will give you the best performance while keeping the best graphical visuals.

The best graphic settings for Assassin’s Creed Mirage is highly dependent on your hardware. However, certain settings should always be turned off for a better experience like V-Sync. Instead you can set the FPS limit to what your monitor can handle.

Best AC Mirage PC Graphics Settings

To make the best settings for Assassin’s Creed Mirage that balances graphical quality and performance, adjust your Graphics settings according to the following:

    • V-Sync: Should always be turned off especially if you’re using G-Sync, VRR, or FreeSync.
    • FPS Limit: Turn off unless you’re experiencing screen tearing if your monitor’s refresh rate can’t keep up with the frame rate.
    • Windowed: Fullscreen for better focus and performance.
    • Field of View: Up to your preference and what your monitor can handle.
    • Aspect Ratio: Depends on your monitor.

Best AC Mirage PC Performance Settings

Under the Graphics tab in the Settings, there’s a lot of options to personalize graphical fidelity. For the best performance for most hardware, adjust your performance settings to the following:

    • Graphics Quality: Custom
    • World Details: Medium
    • Clutter Density: Medium
    • Shadows: Medium
    • Volumetric Clouds: High
    • Water: Low
    • Screen Space Reflections: Off
    • Environment Textures: Medium
    • Character Textures: Medium
    • Depth of Field: Low
    • Motion Blur: Off
    • Adaptive Quality: 60 FPS
    • Upsample Type: Quality Mode (or NVIDIA DLSS if your GPU supports it)
    • Sharpen Strength: 100%

These settings should ensure a smooth experience with Assassin’s Creed Mirage. Some settings aren’t necessarily as important so you can tone them down. While there is water in Baghdad, there isn’t that much of it so setting it to low makes sense to give your GPU some room to process power.

We recommend setting Adaptive Quality to 60 FPS in case you enter areas in AC Mirage that are stress heavy for your PC. This will automatically change the settings to ensure that the game is running smoothly during those moments so spikes in frame rate never become an issue. Also set the Upsample Type to NVIDIA DLSS if your GPU supports it, or at least quality mode for better performance.

The AC Mirage graphics settings is really helpful as it does display on the lower right corner how much your GPU can take. If your GPU still has some room, try increasing some settings to make Mirage look better graphically. Otherwise if it’s nearly full, you’ll have to lower some unimportant settings like Waters, Shadows, or Clutter Density.

Chromatic aberration has also become a prominent concern within the AC Mirage PC community, leaving players searching for a solution. Regrettably, at the time of composing this guide, it appears that there is no built-in option to disable chromatic aberration in the game. This limitation may discourage players, particularly those with less powerful gaming rigs, as chromatic aberration can significantly impact performance and gameplay quality.

Assassin’s Creed Mirage PC System Requirements

On a whole, AC Mirage shouldn’t be very demanding that most mid-tier gaming PCs will be able to handle. Here are the requirements for Mirage from minimum to recommended according to Ubisoft:

    • GPU: NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3080 (10 GB) or AMD Radeon RX 6900 XT (16 GB)
    • Storage: 40 GB (SSD recommended)
