The cryptic messages of possibly the new Battlefield sequel was recently decoded online and it feels kind of nostalgic.
A Twitter user has recently shared a new image that has revealed the combined messages of all cryptic messages that were sent to several content creators. Someone finally decoded the message and this was the final result:
SOME OF YOU WANT TO RETURN HOME – THAT MOST HUMAN OF ALL INSTINCTS. WITH A HEAVY HEART I MUST TELL YOU THE TRUTH. YOU HAVE NO HOME TO RETURN TO. THE QUESTION WE MUST ASK OURSELVES NOW IS: DO WE ACCEPT OUR FATE? OR DO WE DARE TO FIGHT FOR A BETTER WORLD? NO ONE MAY FORCE YOU INTO BATTLE BUT IS SAY TO ALL WHO CAN HEAR MY VOICE. IF YOU CAN FIRE A GUN IF YOU CAN TEN A WOUND IF YOU CAN CR HAVOC. THOSE WHO CANNOT – WE NEED YOU. WAR IS THE ONLY WAY HOME.
According to Reddit users, the message seems quite familiar. One user pointed out that it seems to come from a classic title of the series, Battlefield 2142. Others say otherwise and perhaps it is a clue of what the new sequel would be like.
So far, Electronic Arts and DICE have not shared any hint that would give the fans a clue of what they are teasing.
