He’s actually pretty easy and straightforward to romance as completing his companion quest and being generally honest with him is enough to get him intimate with you. That being said, he’s an optional party member and an exclusive one at that. If you recruit Minthara, you can’t recruit Halsin.

Karlach doesn’t like playing around and if you want a romance with her, better to be as straightforward as possible. It’s easy to get closer to Karlach as she isn’t as guarded as your other party members.
As a former slave, Karlach appreciates dialogue options where you free other slaves. She respects it when you show strength and unlike Astaroth prefers a more heroic and selfless companion. Continuously picking morally good options will have her falling for you in no time.

Lae’Zel isn’t very empathic towards others and romancing her means picking dialogue options that gear towards violence. You also have to be particularly cruel and refuse to help others when they’re asking for it. Lae’Zel is also rather straightforward and hates playing games.
