In just a short time, the official website of Call of Duty: Warzone confirmed that Duos mode will be coming in Season 3.

It might have been a tease or a mishap by the website manager, but the page got a screenshot by an eagle eyed visitor and Reddit user Polack19. The Season 3 landing page showed that the Warzone section listed Quads, Duos, and more throughout the season. This image has now been removed the administrators, but this confirms it.
Quads mode was a new feature for the battle royale and Plunder and some liked it, but the rest did not welcome the option. The reason was that this mode replaced the default Trios option, which existed when Warzone started, and then it continued after Solos mode was added.
Trios was easy to manage especially when playing with strangers, but Quads was harder to do. Game developer Infinity Ward understood the hardship that the other players felt, which must be the reason why they are adding the Duos mode.
The new option might be coming in a few weeks, just like any other additions in this game, so we will just have to wait for the official announcement from the devs.
