SEGA and Relic Entertainment have officially announced the Company of Heroes 3 console version release date today.
Fans of the Company of Heroes franchise will be able to play the third entry of the series on PS5 and Xbox Series X/S this coming May 30, 2023. Players can now pre-order the Console Edition of the game both physically and digitally starting on April 25, 2023. Way back in December 2022, it was only the year that was announced but now a full date was revealed.
The game’s launch on consoles will mark its first appearance on these devices. Relic Entertainment has confirmed that it has been rebuilt from the ground up for the PS5 and Xbox Series X/S. Players will enjoy a newly designed controller scheme and a custom UI adapted for gamepads. It will also include special features that allow them to play at their own pace, which is the Full Tactical Pause. It allows them to stop time and allow them to coordinate with their units to give them commands.
Company of Heroes 3 is out now on PC while Console Edition launches on May 30, 2023.
