Destiny 2: Lightfall Legendary Campaign Rewards

For those who dare, finishing the Destiny 2 Lightfall Legendary campaign mode offers unique exotic rewards. This higher difficulty setting is not for the faint of heart and can be punishing for those unprepared. Get your Fireteam prepped to take on a challenging difficulty to get the best rewards in the Lightfall campaign.

So, what are the rewards for completing the Destiny 2 Lightfall Legendary campaign? And how do you start the campaign on Legendary difficulty?

All Destiny 2 Lightfall Legendary Campaign rewards

Here are what you can earn by finishing the Destiny 2 Lightfall Legendary campaign:

    • Lightfall Exotic Armor
    • x300 Strand Meditations
    • x8 Upgrade Modules
    • Lightfall Legendary Triumph
    • Blue Gear Bundle (set fixed at 1770 power)

There are a lot of rewards to be earned from the Destiny 2 Lightfall Legendary campaign. One of which is a rare Gear Bundle that gives you 1770 power which is 20 levels above the soft cap. It’s a great advantage if you’re looking to skip the slow power level grind.

If you’re planning on tackling the Root of the Nightmare raid using the gear you can get from Lightfall’s Legendary campaign will give you the edge you need. There are still other side quests and even Lost Sectors to tackle if you’re looking to get additional equipment.

How to Start Destiny 2 Lightfall Legendary Campaign?

Before you start the Destiny 2 Lightfall campaign, you’ll be given the option to choose between Be Brave or Be Legend. Choosing Be Legend will start the Legendary campaign of Destiny 2 Lightfall.

You can change difficulties at any time by going to the campaign mode on Neomuna’s director screen and interacting with the selection on the lower right. If you feel that Legendary is too tough at the moment, it may be best to come back later.

Destiny 2 Lightfall Legendary campaign rewards

Like in the previous expansions, you can take on the Lightfall Legendary campaign on your own. The missions will scale to your Fireteam’s power level. So the more of you in a team there are, the tougher the enemies will be. It may be wise to boost your power level until it meets the recommended threshold for each Lightfall campaign mission.

Taking on the Destiny 2 Lightfall Legendary campaign without good gear is a suicide mission. For older players who have been working on their optimal builds, this won’t be a problem. But for new players who still have to get decent exotics may want to look for a Fireteam that can carry them.

That’s the Destiny 2 Lightfall Legendary campaign rewards and how to start the Legendary campaign. We hope this guide was informative in helping you tackle the expansion.
