This is our Destiny 2 weekly reset article for the week of April 11, 2023. After seven weeks into the season, Grandmaster Nightfalls has returned for Season 20 and Destiny 2 Lightfall. That’s all well and good but the bigger news is that we are getting a lot of new items for Bright Dust in the Eververse store. So better check it out below to see what’s coming up after the weekly reset.

    Destiny 2 Weekly Reset Time

As always, the Destiny 2 weekly reset times are 10 AM PDT for the folks on the West Coast of the US. 6 AM BST for our readers in Britain. And 2 AM JST the following day for everyone in Japan.

    Destiny 2 Weekly Activities April 11 – April 17 2023 Overview

Grandmaster Nightfalls is back in Destiny 2 and with a Season 20 twist. However, we have gotten word from Bungie that the activity is looking to be more accessible for more players without removing too much of the difficulty that’s a cornerstone of the end-game activity.

We are also going to be able to get ciphers that we can turn in for Adept focusing. For 1 Vanguard Engram, 20,00 Glimmer, and 50 Legendary Shards, we can focus our dream Adept Nightfall weapon.

There are double Nightfall Nightfall rewards on the line throughout the entire week.

Where is Xur? April 14 2023

It’s that time of the week again when everyone in the Destiny 2 community asks the question – Where is Xur?

Well, this weekend Xur can be found in the hangar in the tower. The platforms at the back near a landing pad, to be precise.

And what’s our favorite agent of the Nine selling this week? Let’s see.

    Destiny 2 Nightfall This Week April 11 – April 17 2023

This week sees our Guardians polishing their diplomatic skills with Caiatl’s champions in the Proving Grounds Nightfall.

    Nightfall weapon this week

This week’s featured Nightfall weapon is the Hung Jury SR4. This precision frame hits like a truck and is capable of downing Guardians from a long distance with a two-tap to the head. The version of the weapon for this season comes with perks like Kinetic Tremors. A nice little buff for PvE content.

Destiny 2 Crucible Featured Game Mode April 11 2023

This week sees Lord Shaxx bringing back Team Scorched to the Crucible. One of the best Crucible pass times in Destiny 2. This mode only gives you access to a modified Scorched Launcher. The fun is in how you make use of it, and there are plenty of ways to make use of it.

    Destiny 2 Featured Raid and Dungeon April 11 – April 17 2023

This week’s featured raid is the Last Wish. The Guardians return to the Dreaming City to do one of Destiny 2’s most iconic raids to take down Riven, the Ahamkara. This is also your chance to get the One Thousand Voices Exotic Fusion Rifle if you haven’t already gotten it.

As for the featured Dungeon this week, we look towards the 30th Anniversary exclusive Dungeon, Grasp of Avarice. Starting with the Loot Cave and ending with one of the longest boss fights, the Grasp of Avarice dungeon celebrates years of Destiny content but in Dungeon form.

And as usual, completing these featured content will reward you with pinnacle gear.

    Last Wish Raid Challenges

    • The Summoning Ritual – Done during the Kalli encounter, the challenge asks you to activate all 9 plates, kill all knights, and kill all Ogres in the middle before doing damage to Kalli.
    • Which Witch Challenge – Done during the Shuro Chi encounter, do not get hit/take damage from Shuro Chi’s Arc Blast.
    • Forever Fight – Done during the Morgeth encounter, do not kill the small Ogres.
