FromSoftware’s biggest game this year, Elden Ring, has some big numbers with its worldwide sales and that has reached a new milestone.
Bandai Namco Entertainment has recently shared details about the popular game featuring its worldwide sales. According to the website GameBiz.jp, Elden Ring has now surpassed sales of 16.6 million units worldwide. That sales figure includes both digital and physical copies of the game being sold all over the world.
Way back in May 2022, it was reported that Elden Ring had already sold over 13.4 million units since its release in February 2022. In just 3 months after that, it already got more than 3 million copies sold.
This is no surprise though since Elden Ring is one of the biggest Souls games that FromSoftware has launched since the first one. FromSoftware is regularly making updates to the game adding small new content that changes gameplay from time to time, making every experience unique for new and experienced players. And if rumors are true, there could be a major expansion on the horizon.
Elden Ring is now available on PC, PS4, PS5, Xbox One, and Xbox Series X/S.
