Summer is that time of the year for many FGO players to prepare themselves by summoning summer-themed servants and in the 8th-anniversary stream of FGO, it was teased that there will be 6 new servants that will be featured, and among them are Kuro, Suzuka Gozen and Castoria. Recently, a new FGO live stream event was held and it featured all the servants including their class and what will players expect in the game.
Fate Grand Order JP Summer 2023 Event
The event for this year’s FGO summer event 2023 is titled,” FGO Servant Summer Festival 2023!” The Event will start on Aug 11, 2023– September 1, 2023, and players can use previous Summer Servants and participate in wild missions for them to enjoy.
Story Summary:
Out of nowhere, BB has announced a new summer festival for all members of Chaldea to enjoy. Unexpectedly, the place feels deserted. As the master of Chaldea, players must find multiple ways to revive the place and explore the island for all to enjoy.
Fate Grand Order JP Summer 2023 Servants
According to the stream, it is revealed there will be 7 new FGO summer servants in this event. Among the 7 new servants, one of them is considered a free or rather a welfare servant that can be part of your party during the event & added fully to one’s party once the players complete the event and that is 4 Star Foreigner Servant, Cnoc na Riabh.
Please note that Cnoc na Riabh will officially join the team permanently after clearing all of the main quests of the FGO Summer Servant Festival. The rest of the servants that will be present are the following:
Summer Castoria
One of the most popular Arts Support Servants in FGO will be getting a summer version and she is now a 5-star Berserker. Based on the info given by the developers, she is an AOE-type servant and will be loved once more by many fans.
Melusine
The Fairie Servant of Lancelot returns in a new summer form. She is now a 5-Star Ruler and is expected to bring out tons of summer-loving experiences for fans to enjoy using her martial arts.
Baobhan Sith
The Fairie Servant of Tristan needs to relax and rest especially during the summer. According to the developers, she is now a 4-star Pretender who whacks enemies with her mighty mallet.
Barghest
The Fairie Servant of Gawain returns in a new summer form as a 4-star Archer. Get ready to feel wet as she shoots enemies with her powerful water gun and her thick thighs…literally!!!!
Chloe von Einzbern
From the world of Prisma Ilya, Chloe aka Kuro returns, and now she is going all out to enjoy her summer vacation. She is now listed as a 4-star Avenger and can dish out many forms to beat up her enemies using her single target NP move.
Suzuka Gozen
The gyaru of FGO is now ready to feel the summer heat as she is now a 4-star Rider. Armed with her epic motorcycle, she is ready to feel the need for speed to bring out a festive event for all to enjoy.
Costumes
New costumes for male servants such as Gawain (4-star servant Saber), Lancelot (4-star servant Saber), and Tristan (4-star servant Archer) will be available to unlock in this year’s event through certain quests found in the FGO summer event. So those who have these servants will be delighted to have these new costumes for them.
Fate Grand Order JP Summer 2023 Craft Essences
Craft essences related to the event were also revealed will give increased power-ups and drop rates for specific items obtained when clearing a quest in the FGO summer event. So far two craft essences with their skills have been revealed for this event while the rest of the CEs will be available to obtain through other summoning banners.
Fate Grand Order JP Summer 2023 Mystic Codes
Mystic Codes aid your Servants during battle and can be used during any combat preparation phase. During certain events, the developers released new Mystic codes for players to master and use for particular situations. In the recent live stream, the developers revealed that this year’s FGO summer event will have new Mystic Codes that players can obtain during the main quest.
