Nintendo has recently revealed some juicy info about the upcoming Fire Emblem Engage Fell Xenologue DLC.

According to Nintendo in a new post on the Japanese Fire Emblem Twitter account, players who will complete the Fire Emblem Engage Fell Xenologue DLC will be able to keep the new characters in the main story. They will be able to recruit them into their main army in the main story and can add them into a squad when fighting against enemies. They can also be interacted with in Somniel and act like other units just like the ones you recruit in the main game.

While in Somniel, these new characters can be gifted, trained, and spoken to. They can even wear new outfits just like the others.

In the Fell Xenologue DLC, the protagonist goes into another world where opposite day is in play all year round. Your allies are the enemies in the main story while your allies are enemies here. That means your army consists of the Four Hounds and two new attendants which seem to have relations with the Fell Dragon.
