Fortnite enthusiasts will soon get the latest exclusive skin – the Honor Guard Fortnite skin. The latest exclusive information was announced by the Chinese smartphone maker at a major event in Paris. This announcement came after Honor announced their brand-new Honor View 20 smartphone. This has happened thanks to the partnership between Epic Games and Honor. Owners of Honor View 20 will be able to access the Honor Guard skin. Additionally, as part of Epic Games and Honor’s commitment to enhance mobile gaming and improve gaming experience to gamers all over the world.
The Fortnite Honor Guard skin will be limited to those people who acquire the Honor View 20 smartphone. As part of the collaboration, people who purchase Honor View 20 will also have access to an Honor Guard outfit in Fortnite. The Honor View 20 is out now with 128 GB and 256 storage model.
How to access the Honor Guard skin
As mentioned above, for you to get the Fortnite Honor Guard skin, you need to buy the phone first. Sadly, the Honor Guard skin is among the priciest Fortnite skins available. That’s because one has to buy the Honor View 20 smartphone to unlock it. The Honor View 20 is currently not available in North America. However, it is available in various parts of the world, including the United Kingdom where it goes for £499 for the one with 128GB storage model and £579 for the 256GB storage model. How to get your Honor Guard skin
Although the Honor View 20 was launched in January, the Fortnite skin promotion did not go live until late February. To gain access to the Honor Guard skin, visit the promotion page and click “Get Outfit.” You will have to first log in to your Huawei account or create an account if you don’t have one.
After signing in, you will be asked to submit some essential information to verify your purchase. This information includes IMEI 1, IMEI 2, and the serial number of your phone. After that, you will receive your code for the Honor Guard skin.
This is not the first time Fortnite skin is available for those who purchase a phone
Perhaps many people are wondering why Epic Games have partnered with Honor for this exclusive, cool looking skin. Well, the Honor View 20 is considered the first Android phone able to run Fortnite at 60 frames per second. Honor View 20 is also an ideal machine for gaming.
Epic Games has done this before. To honor the launch of Fortnite on Android late last year, Epic Games partnered with Samsung for an Exclusive Galaxy skin. To unlock the Galaxy skin, people had to buy either the Galaxy Note 9 or Tab S4. Fortnite and Samsung also partnered recently again with the Galaxy S10 Plus.
