In the Shadow of Friendship is a side quest in Sebastian Sallow’s relationship quests in Hogwarts Legacy. Sebastian’s fate has been decided by his friends and the consequences of it will play out in this quest.
This guide will lead into the path of learning the three Unforgivable Curses in Hogwarts Legacy. Read ahead as we go through the steps on how to complete these quests and get to the choices that will lead to these curses.
How to unlock In the Shadow of Friendship Relationship Quest
To unlock the In the Shadow of Friendship Relationship Quest, you must first complete the In the Shadow of Fate Relationship Quest. You also have to complete The Final Repository main quest.
In the Shadow of Friendship Objectives
- Speak with Sebastian/Speak with Ominis
In the Shadow of Friendship relationship quest Walkthrough
Depending on the choices that you’ve made in the “In the Shadow of Fate quest,” the person who you will be speaking to will either be Sebastian or Ominis, which will become apparent immediately after Professor Fig’s honoring ceremony in The Final Repository quest.
Speak with Sebastian / Speak with Ominis
Head back to the Undercroft and speak to whoever is present there. If you chose not to turn in Sebastian, then Sebastian will be the one to talk to. Otherwise, speak to Ominis.
With Sebastian:
Sebastian talks about how thankful he is for your decision and how remorseful he is of what he has done. He also talks as to how he caused a rift between him and Anne.
You can then continue talking to him in the Undercroft should you wish to learn the Unforgivable Curses that you haven’t learned yet.
With Ominis:
Ominis will give an update that Sebastian has been expelled and will be tried by the Ministry of Magic for what he has done to his uncle Solomon. He also gives an update about how torn Anne is with her decision to turn her twin brother in.
After completing the dialogue, you’ll also complete the quest.
