How to unlock Spell Combination Practice 2 side quest

To unlock the Hogwarts Legacy Spell Combination Practice 2 side quest, you must first complete the Tomes and Tribulations main quest.

Spell Combination Practice 2 Objectives:

• Talk to Lucan Brattleby
• Cast Accio, Incendio, and Levioso in a combo
• Cast Levioso and perform a Basic Cast 3 times, Accio and Incendio in a combo
• Complete the spell combinations before the dummy hits the ground

Spell Combination Practice 2 side quest Walkthrough

After completing the required quest, you can visit Lucan at the Clock Tower once more and talk to him to start the quest.

Talk to Lucan Brattleby

Lucan will let you do another practice against the training dummy, but this time, you’ll be learning how to chain spells better to create effective combos.

Cast Accio, Incendio, and Levioso in a combo

Make sure that you have the spells needed equipped, then cast Accio, Incendio, and Levioso in quick succession to perform a combo. Don’t let the dummy touch the ground to pass the objective.

Cast Levioso and perform a Basic Cast 3 times, Accio and Incendio in a combo

Next, do the required combo without letting the dummy fall on the floor. Pay attention to the move bar on the top part of the screen and use it as a guide to know which spell to cast next.

Complete the spell combinations before the dummy hits the ground

Finally, do the last combo. Prepare to for a long combo as it will require you to cast Accio, a basic attack, Incendio, three basic attacks, Levioso, three basic attacks, Accio, Incendio, then four basic attacks. Your spells should cooldown just in time for you to be able to cast them again.

Once you’ve successfully pulled off the combo, Lucan will talk to you again and you’ll complete the side quest.
