Ahead of the English announcement, HoYoVerse’s Chinese version of Honkai Star Rail version 1.1 livestream has revealed new details of the upcoming update.
It was revealed that the upcoming Honkai Star Rail version 1.1 will feature character banners to pull from. According to a translated version of the announcement via Siliconera, the two character banners will feature two five-star characters Silver Wolf and Luocha.
For the Silver Wolf banner, the four-star characters that will join are Serval, Dan Heng, and Asta. Luocha’s banner will have Pela, Qingque, and Yukong. Players who want the new character Yukong might want to pull from Luocha’s banner when this appears.
Aside from the two character banners, here are the events that will be happening when update version 1.1 drops:
- 7-day log-in event that will offer 10 Star Rail Special Passes
- Four new Story Quests for Bailu, Luocha, Silver Wolf, and Yanqing.
- 1 FREE Nihility 4-star Light Cone that can be earned via a Silver Wolf event.
- Chat System will be implemented
- Museum event that will unlock a permanent museum area to visit in Jarilo-VI, a new zone.
- A new event that has a similar feature to Genshin Impact’s Ley Line Overflow.
It was also revealed that the new 4-star character Yukong will be given away for free in the next update, version 1.2. Players will have to complete event quests to make this happen.
Honkai Star Rail is out now on PC and mobile devices. Version 1.1 launches on June 7, 2023.
