You can get the Blacktide Dye Outfit and Sharpshot Bow by pre-order the Burning Shores DLC expansion for Horizon Forbidden West. You can then pick up them up through specific merchants in the game.
The Blacktide Dye outfit can be picked up from any Dye merchant. Even those who aren’t in the DLC map itself. However the Blacktide Sharpshot Bow can only be bought within the merchants at the Burning Shores. This means that you first need to complete Horizon Forbidden West as you can’t access the DLC map without completing the main game.
The Blacktide Bow is a Sharpshot Bow which is like the sniper equivalent of bows in Horizon Forbidden West. Like any of the other Sharpshot Bows, the Blacktide Bow deals high damages at long ranges but can be slow to wield making it unideal for close quarters combat.
Once you have pre-ordered the DLC, you can purchase it at the Merchant for 1 Metal Shard which is a steal. It isn’t technically free, but it’s extremely cheap. You can then upgrade it to increase its Overdraw damage.
Another pre-order bonus for the Burning Shores DLC is the Blacktide Quen Commander outfit. It’s a Legendary armor that can be bought from the Merchant and requires the rare Brimshine pieces to fully upgrade.
