How to get Spinels in Resident Evil 4 Remake

Why do the bad guys always have an eye for shiny materials like the Spinels in Resident Evil 4 Remake? You may notice these sparkling gemstones on your way to save the President’s daughter and they can be really useful to you. Here’s how you get more Spinels and what you use them for in the Resident Evil 4 Remake

How to get Spinels in Resident Evil 4 Remake?

To get Spinels, defeat specific enemies or complete quests for the Merchant in the Resident Evil 4 Remake. You can take on requests for the Merchant by looking for blue notes spread around the game which often reward you with Spinels.

In the original Resident Evil 4, Spinels could be found a good number of times by shooting crows, rummaging through crates, and looting them from the environment. The Remake changes this up where looking for Spinels now involves looting them as drops from certain enemies and fulfilling any request the Merchant might have for you.

The easiest way to get Spinels in Resident Evil 4 Remake is through fulfilling request for the Merchant. The Remake may be a linear game but it does allow for exploration which you should take advantage of to find blue notes giving you a side quest that you can turn into the Merchant once you’re done.

Trade Spinels in Resident Evil 4 Remake

We recommend that you finish any request for the Merchant before moving on as you won’t be able to go back for them once you cross a certain point. It can be a bit of a waste considering how valuable Spinels are.

    What are Spinels used for?

Spinels in the Resident Evil 4 Remake can be used to exchange for weapon upgrades, exclusive items, maps, charms, Attache Cases, and more with the Merchant by going to the Trade option in his shop. In the original game, they could only be traded for Pesetas but they have more uses here. This makes them more valuable than they initially were.

Best things to buy with Spinels

    • Punisher Handgun: Costs 5 Spinels
    • Laser Sight: Costs 10 Spinels
    • Island Treasure Map: Costs 5 Spinels
    • Red9 Stock: Costs 9 Spinels
    • Attache Case Black: Costs 8 Spinels

That’s how to get Spinels in Resident Evil 4 Remake. We hope this article was informative.
