    How to Get The First Descendant Beta Keys for Steam

    The First Descendant is the newest upcoming looter shooter game to be published by NEXON and it is expected to come out soon on most current gen consoles and on PC. It’s also currently on beta test right now where eager players who want to get a taste of the action can play the game through the Steam version.

    If you want to know how to play The First Descendant beta as well, read through on how to easily get a beta key for yourself.

    How to get The First Descendant beta key

    The First Descendant beta keys are being given away as rewards as part of the game’s Twitch Drops campaign. To get a beta key, you only need to watch a participating Twitch streamer’s stream for 15 minutes and you will get the beta key sent to your Twitch inventory. You can go to this link to find out any live streams that have their The First Descendant drops open.

    After getting the beta key, make sure to link up your Twitch account and your Steam account if you haven’t yet. Head to this link and scroll down to see the Twitch Log In button to initiate the link. Also, make sure that bother of your Twitch and Steam accounts are logged in to make the linking process seamless.

    Once your accounts are linked, check your Twitch inventory and click on the Claim button to get the beta key.

    To use the key, go to your Steam window, then go to the Games menu, and then to Activate a Product on Steam. Paste in the code and follow the prompts to get access to the beta.

    The First Descendant beta key event runs from October 20, 2022 to October 26, 2022.

    Other in-game rewards can be obtained based on the cumulative time that has been spent watching a participating stream within the event period, such as:

    • 30 minutes: 100,000 Gold
    • 1 hour: 250,000 Gold and 5,000 Qulipothium
    • 1 hour and 30 minutes: 60 Caliber
    • 2 hours: 600 Caliber
