Surfin’ the Streets! is one of the substories in Like a Dragon: Infinite Wealth. A salesman, whose history of making explosive inventions precedes him, needs someone brave enough to test out his latest model of the street surfer. The Surfin’ the Streets! substory can be encountered in Chapter 3 on the corner of Seaside Ave. and Aloha St., south of Kiryu’s Hotel.
Substory #6: Surfin’ the Streets! Walkthrough
Talk to Oka who is the inventor of the Street Surfer. He will ask for your help in testing out the latest model of the Street Surfer as no one else will due to its history of blowing up.
To test the Street Surfer, you simply have to ride a stretch of road until you reach Oka.
After the testing, some thugs will approach the surfer and try to destroy it; fight them off to protect the surfer.
Afterwards, Oka will thank you and sign you up for the Street Surfer membership. This will allow you to use the Street Surfer throughout most of the streets in Honolulu. However, you will have to charge the surfer’s battery from time to time by going to the charging stations.
Charging up the battery will cost some amount of money. You can also further customize the look of the surfer through these stations by applying skins on it which you can unlock from quests, NPCs, and friends.
