In the official website of the Taiwan Digital Game Rating Committee, two popular titles were seen recently. These games were Mafia II and Mafia III Definitive Editions.
Mafia II and III Definitive Editions get leaked
There is no official announcement from 2K Games for both games right now. This leak was checked out by Twitter user Nibellion on the ratings board where both titles were registered on. They were both registered by Take-Two Asia. It also revealed which platforms they will launch on, which are PC, PlayStation 4, and Xbox One. The publisher listed together with the two titles was 2K Games.
There were actually some rumors of a remaster of the second game of the franchise since the publisher Take-Two Interactive also registered three separate trademarks in 2019. The title with the Definitive Edition subtitle tagged to it was seen recently on Korea’s ratings board last weekend.
With these recent leaks, it could mean an official announcement might be coming real soon. Let’s just wait for the publishers to make the move.
