Microsoft Flight Simulator Adds Aviat Aircraft Husky A-1C Today

Has some interesting specs and can be very versatile.

The Microsoft Flight Simulator team is proud to announce that they have added the new content Aviat Aircraft Husky A-1C add-on.

This new add-on adds the A-1C, which is the latest, most advanced, and most powerful iteration of the Aviat’s Husky line. It has a single-engine and a twin-seater and is praised as a very capable machine. It can operate from a concrete runway, a sandbar with tundra tires, a lake with floats, or a glacier with skis.

This plane has a full-flap stall speed of 53 miles per hour and landing gear with independent shock absorbers. It is powered by a 200-horsepower fuel injected Lycoming IO-360-A1D6 engine. Combine it with the low wing loading and high lift of the specialized STOL wing, this engine allows pilots to launch out of tight confines that easily.

The virtual version of the Husky A-1C has the Garmin Aera 796 touchscreen avionics, digital attitude indicator with adjustable backlight, and a dedicated display for engine diagnostics. It has eight liveries and can be used with tundra tires, floats, or skis.

The Microsoft Flight Simulator Aviat Aircraft Husky A-1C is now available for purchase for only $14.99. The game is now available on PC via Windows 10 and Steam, Xbox Series X/S, and with Xbox Game Pass.
