Mojang Studios has recently announced Minecraft Lightyear DLC is now available on the marketplace.
Minecraft Lightyear DLC Cost
To celebrate the premiere of the animated film Buzz Lightyear in theaters worldwide, the studio has released new content inspired by it. Players will be able to get the Minecraft Lightyear DLC right now at the Minecraft Marketplace by unlocking it for only 1340 minecoins.
Lightyear DLC Context
With the Lightyear DLC, players will be able to play through Buzz’s origin story and help him navigate an alien planet after he crashes on it. There will be five missions to go through and they include a hostile jungle, a swamp, and a mine, and some various alien settlements.
In each mission, players will have to go exploring and going through the terrain where many enemies and several bosses will be waiting. They can use various gadgets to repel or defeat these bosses. Between missions, they can fly various types of aircraft and must avoid the obstacles in order to safely go to the next objective.

By buying this DLC, players can get a free Lightyear-themed Character Creator item.
This will not be available currently on the Nintendo Switch system. Later on, it will be made available.
